Date Dec. 19, 1985.A polyurethane adhesive comprising (a) a thermoplastic polyester urethane rubber which is grafted with at least one of the compounds selected from the group consisting of acrylic acid, an acrylic ester, methacrylic acid and a methacrylic ester, (b) a chlorinated rubber, and (c) an isocyanate compound as a crosslinking agent, and optionally (d) a polyoxyalkylene ether polyol having 2 or more ether groups in the molecule, and/or (e) a rosin resin and/or a rosin resin derivative, which is an organic solvent solution type, and exhibits excellent adhesion particularly in case that at least one of the substances to be adhered is a soft polyvinyl chloride sheet or film.
