PURPOSE:To make a person eat form jelly of any shape as if one drew a picture and enjoy visual interest and creative pleasure, by making one draw any pattern on the surface of a solution of a seasoning component by the use of a jelly component. CONSTITUTION:A jelly component which essentially consists of a jelly solution containing a gelatinizing agent to be jellied with calcium ion, has a given dextrose equivalent and packed into a container and a seasoning component which essentially consists of seasoning powder or a seasoning solution containing a calcium salt and a thickening agent, has a lower dextrose equivalent of the solution itself than that of the jelly component and packed in a container are prepared and the two components are brought into contact with each other to form a coagulated pattern of jelly. Consequently, a person can eat form jelly of any shape as if one drew a picture and enjoy viewing interest and creative pleasure. |
