<p>The compsns. for treatment of cardiac and renal complaints and chest angina, are made by (a) dissolving the active ingredient, consisting of 4-(2-(6-(2-phenylethyl amino) hexylamino)ethyl) 1,2-dihydroxy benzene or 4-(2-(6-(2-(4-chlorophenyl) ehtylamino) hexylamino)ethyl) 1,2-dihydroxy benzene in water at a concn. of 0.5-10%; (b) adding sufficient formic, acetic or lactic acid to give pH 3.5; (c) filtering under sterile conditions, and (d) lyophilising the filtrate.</p> |
