A light emitting device is provided to simplify a manufacturing process by forming a polysilsesquioxane-copolymer using a coating process. A light emitting device includes a substrate(1), a light emitting device(4), and an optical resonant layer(42). The optical resonant layer resonates a light emitted from the light emitting device. The optical resonant layer includes a first layer having a polysilsesquioxane-copolymer. A linking group which links two different silicon of the polysilsesquixane-copolymer is -0-, a replaced, or non-replaced C1-C30 alkylene group. The optical resonant layer and the light emitting device are sequentially stacked on an upper part of the substrate, and the light emitted from the light emitting device is outputted to outside through the substrate via the optical resonant layer.
