Each rack has the shelves slung from the uprights on the flexible ties. The ties can be operated to move the shelves to the required height, or to stack empty shelves either at the bottom or top of the rack. The ties are part of an endless loop. The position of the shelves is adjusted to suit the loading requirements. USE/ADVANTAGE - Buffer store in process line which is fully adjustable and can be linked to a mechanised handling system.
