<p>PURPOSE:To easily adjust the state of transient vibration, by providing a vibration circuit consisting of a reactor, a condenser and a resistor to the common part of a current source circuit and a voltage source circuit. CONSTITUTION:For example, a vibration circuit 7 is connected to the common part of a current source circuit and a voltage source circuit on the low voltage side of a switch 4 being tested. Before a current is cut off, the potential on the high voltage side of the switch 4 tested is same to that on the lower voltage side thereof and said voltage is XL, Icosomegat. The current of a current circuit becomes to zero at time t=0 and, at this point of time, when a current is cut off by the switch 4 being tested and an auxiliary switch 3, the polarity of recovery voltage becomes the same to that of the recovery voltage in an actual system immediately after the current is cut off and the transient recovery voltage corresponding to the attenuation vibration of the vibration circuit 7 appears until time t1 arrives. As a result, by properly selecting the circuit constant of the vibration circuit, the wave form of transient recovery voltage can be easily adjusted.</p> |
