<p>PURPOSE:To analyze the generating factors and details of phenomena by recording the monitoring image of a prescribed phenomena produced to the facilities of a plant, etc. for each frame and before and after occurrence of said phenomenon. CONSTITUTION:In a system working mode the monitoring video information is supplied to a buffer frame memory 31 from an ITV 12 via a video switcher 24 and an A/D converter 25. The memory 31 stores temporarily the received video information for each frame and at the same time erases successively in the order of older ones. While the signals of the monitoring video information are continuously recorded by a recorder 32 via the converter 25. These recorded images are equal to the collection of frame pictures, e.g., the moving pictures which are recorded continuously on a magnetic tape, etc. every 60 sheets per second. These pictures are held in response to the designated memory area of the CPU 1 and by an amount equal to an optional time value with trace-back from a present time point. While the recorder 32 works at a time point when a prescribed phenomenon occurs and many frame pictures are preserved up to said time point. Then the video information obtained after said time point are recorded in a different area. Thus the video recording is possible before and after occurrence of the phenomenon.</p> |
