PURPOSE:To make it possible to mass-produce stabilizers and to prevent the strength thereof from lowering, by fitting a cylinder for welding a stabilizer to a suspension device and for increasing the wall thickness of each end thereof, to each end of a pipe material and by caulking it to secure it to the pipe material. CONSTITUTION:An end part wall thickness increasing cylinder 5 which is required for weldment to a suspension is fitted in each end of a cold-drawn pipe material 4 as shown by 4a, and is caulked to be secured to the pipe material to form a stabilizer 3. Further, a suspension arm 1 is welded to the part of the end part wall thickness increasing cylinder 5 of the stabilizer 3. With this arrangement, it is possible to mass-produce the stabilizers 3 without lowering the strength thereof. |
