PURPOSE:To prevent formation of thickness irregularity on a conductive liquid at a small diametrical portion by stopping gas injection while a tip is passing through a neck and by starting gas injection to dry the conductive liquid film when the tip reaches almost center part of the funnel. CONSTITUTION:After forming a conductive liquid film 25 by coating surfaces from the funnel 23 to a predetermined position of the neck 24, with conductive liquid, inducing dried air from the arrow mark 26 direction, after making it warm dried air at a temperature between 60 deg.C and 80 deg.C by heating it with a heater 30, the air is injected almost horizontally from the openings 29 positioned at equal spacings around the chip 28 provided at the tip of the nozzle 27. And, when the chip 28 is passing through the small diametrical portion from the neck 24 towards the funnel 23, it goes in as stopping the injection of warm dried air from the openings 29, the warm dired air is injected as soon as the chip 28 should come to the predetermined position in almost central portion of the funnel 23, and together with heating inside of the bulb 21 for a cathode-ray tube with the warm dried air, the conductive liquid film 25 is dried to form the inside conductive film. |
