PURPOSE:To perform the debug or the check of a microcomputer without increasing the hardware and software quantities within a camera, by giving various types of instructions to the microcomputer in the camera via a remote control terminal. CONSTITUTION:A disenable signal line DE is connected to an end of an OR gate 24 and the line DE is set at an H level owing to the start of a debug device when this device is connected to the connector of a camera. Thus a divider 44 and a capacitor C1 are reset and therefore a watchdog timer is kept under a disenable state while the debug device is connected to the camera and actuated. As a result, a CPU is never reset by the watchdog timer while various actions are performed with those commands given from the debug device. Thus a connector is shared between a remote control device and the debug device. |
