摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the bonding property and make a bonding sheet-like material by a method wherein tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer (FEP) resin lumps mixed with super fine particles are placed between two sheets, each of which is made of tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin and placed as releasing material on the surface of a mold, and, after being heated within the specified temperature range, pressurized using a metal frame. CONSTITUTION:Fine oxide particles for magnetic material and FEP are made into lumps with proper size by being heat-treated in a mixing cell. Next, a PTFE sheet is placed onto a metal plate. A metal frame is seated on the sheet and at the same time resin lumps are placed onto the exposed surface of the center sheet. Further, another PTFE sheet is spreadly seated over the lumps and finally a pressurizing metal plate is seated on the top surface of the sheet. In this case, the releasing sheets do not overlap with the metal frame. Under the state of the above-mentioned assembled structure of the metallic plates, the metallic plates are set between the two heating and pressurizing plates of a press so as to heat the resin at the temperature, which is below the melting point of PTFE and above that of FEP or nearly 300 deg.C, in order to pressurize the resin after being fully melted. After that, the resin is cooled under pressure with the same press or another press. By removing the PTFE sheets, between which a bonding material sheet is pinched, a super fine particle-mixed silicone- based resin bonding sheet is obtained.
