A baffle plate for improving cooling efficiency and an air-cooling type motor are provided to improve efficiency of cooling cores by widely forming a cooling area of cooling air inputted into a ventilation duct. A baffle plate(300) for improving cooling efficiency includes a plate body(310), slots, and protrusions(311). The plate body has a through hole at a center. The slots are formed around the through hole of the plate body at regular intervals. The protrusions are protruded from both surfaces of the plate body at regular or irregular intervals. The protrusions are formed in a stud shape and have the same length.
