PURPOSE:To continuously perform electric field treatment, by providing a fluid inflow part and a fluid emitting part to a double pipe made of an insulating material having a liquid receiving part and applying high voltage between the electrodes arranged to an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A liquid inflow part and a liquid emitting part 6 are provided to a double pipe 4 made of an insulating material wherein a liquid receiving part 3 is formed between an inner cylinder 1 and an outer cylinder 2. The liquid flowing in the double pipe 4 from the liquid inflow part 5 is stagnated in the double pipe 4 and subsequently emitted from the liquid emitting part 6 of the double pipe 4. Then, high voltage is applied between the electrode 7 arranged in the inner cylinder 1 of the double pipe 4 and the electrode 8 arranged to the surface of the outer cylinder 2. Whereupon, the high voltage electric field between both electrodes 7, 8 is applied to the liquid stagnated between the inner cylinder 1 and outer cylinder 2 of the double pipe 4 to subject the liquid to continuous electric field treatment. By this method, the liquid can be treated without requiring labor. |
