PURPOSE:To obtain a preparation of percutaneous absorption having excellent stability, absorbing characteristics, drug release and alleviating action on angina pectoris, containing nicoradil and 1-dodecylazacycloheptan-2-one. CONSTITUTION:Nicorandil and/or a salt thereof in a crystallite state is uniformly dispersed into a hydrophobic base for exodermis and further blended with 1-dodecylazacycloheptan-2-one. The blend is further mixed with an organic acid such as fumaric acid, oxalic acid, salicylic acid, to give a preparation of percutaneous absorption. The amount of 1-dodecylazabicycloheptan-2-one is 1-10wt% based on sum of the preparation and that of the organic acid is >=0.1wt%. |
