PURPOSE:To perform accurate positioning operation by gripping a core between a couple of rotatable rolls and moving the core axially by the rotary motion of the rolls. CONSTITUTION:The couple of the fixed-side roll 7 and movable-side roll 12 which are arranged opposite each other are arrayed on a line slanting to the horizontal at a specific angle. The core A is moved to between the couple of the rolls 7 and 12 with an end part down and the end part is engaged in a V groove 18 formed in a positioning substrate 17; and then downward force is applied naturally to the core A according to the inclination of the roll couple and the end part of the core A is pressed against the bottom part of the V groove 18 and prevented from floating. Consequently, the positioning operation which is carried out while the core A that tends to float is pressed by a hand conventionally is made extremely easy and the accurate alignment is performed. |
