PURPOSE:To obtain a root sea tangle-containing WAKAME seaweed containing root sea tangle containing mush iodine, mineral, calcium, etc., by dipping desalted WAKAME seaweed in salt water containing root sea tangle flour. CONSTITUTION:Salted WAKAME seaweed is desalted and dehydrated to give WAKAME seaweed with, e.g. <=5% common salt content. 100g root sea tangle flour pulverized to <100 mesh particle size is separately blended in 50l saline solution of, e.g. 15 deg. salt degree. The above-mentioned desalted WAKAME seaweed is the dipped in the resultant salt water containing the root sea tangle flour and dehydrated. |
