In an articulated pipe connection for, in particular, exhaust-gas lines in internal combustion engines, that part forming the ball segment and that part forming the receiving ball-cup segment each comprise a separate, annular component, the two components fitting one into the other and consisting of material which is preferably resistant to high temperatures, such as pressed-together steel fibres and sliding agents, with the result that the articulated pipe connection can be produced with a greater degree of precision and consequently with a greater degree of wear-resistance. <IMAGE>
