CONSTITUTION:When a slider 3 retreats, a ratchet arm 26 supported by the shaft to one side of the slider 3 retreats, a projection 28a of a slider driving arm 28 abutted on an engaging piece 26a are and the slider driving arm 28 is turned in the counter-clockwise direction.
