CHIMERA FUSED OXIDASE OF CYTOCHROME P-450 AND NADPH-DYTOCHROME P-450 REDUCTASE

摘要

PURPOSE:To produce an oxidase capable of providing reducing power of a specific reductase, cultivating a yeast strain transformed with a plasmid containing a chimera fused oxidase gene and mainfesting oxidase in yeast. CONSTITUTION:A transformant yeast strain having a plasmid which contains a chimera enzyme gene to code an oxidase having both one atom oxygen addition activity of cytochrome P-450 and reducing power supplying ability of NADPH-CYTOCHROME P-450 reductase and manifests oxidase in yeast in cultivated to give a chimera fused oxidase. The oxidase is an oxidase which has both one atom oxygen addition activity of cytochrome P450 and reducing power supplying ability of NADPH-cytochrome P-450 reductase.
