PURPOSE:To obtain a formed sasoning utilizable even for the preparation of a food having phosphatase activity, by forming a 5'-ribonucleotide together with a polymerized phosphoric acid salt, an edible organic acid and a binder. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. of 5'-ribonucleotide such as sodium 5'-inosinate, sodium 5'-guanylate, etc., is mixed with about 100-500pts.wt. of a polymerized phosphoric acid salt such as sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium metapolyphosphate, etc., about 10-400pts.wt. of an edible organic acid such as sodium acetate, sodium citrate, etc., and about 0.5-15pts.wt. of a binder such as sucrose fatty acid ester, dextrin, etc., and the obtained mixture is formed in the form of granules, beads, tablets, etc., by conventional method. |
