<p>PURPOSE:To produce anti-human serum albumin monoclonal antibody, by subjecting lymphocyte of immunized mouse and myeloma cell of mouse to cell fusion to give a hybridoma strain and cultivating the strain in abdominal cavity of mouse. CONSTITUTION:lymphocyte of mouse immunized against human serum albumin and myeloma range of mouse are subjected to cell fusion to give a hydridoma cell, which is cultivated. Consequently, a monoclonal antibody having high specific reactivity only to human serum albumin or to both the human serum albumin and bovine serum albumin can be produced. The hybridoma in the case of producing the human serum albumin monoclonal antibody can be prepared for example, in a natural manner.</p> |
