The proposed device is suitable for use in conjunction with a sanitary fitment. It comprises a heating element (20) which is located immediately downstream of a heat exchanger (11, 12) in which the water path is such that it forms the drain siphon for the said sanitary fitment. The heating element (20) can be substantially annular shaped and be positioned concentrically to the drain pipe (2) of the said sanitary fitment. Preferably it is integral with the exchanger (11, 12). The lower part of the heat exchanger is preferably provided with a plug (16) for emptying, while the upper part can be provided with a water filter (9) positioned in the drain pipe (2) of the said sanitary fitment. In this case, the filter can be positioned immediately above the plug (16), so that it can be extracted from the lower end of the said device. The hot water temperature can be regulated automatically by an electronic control circuit (100), in accordance with a predetermined temperature value. |
