摘要 A method of manufacturing a locking plate through thermal processing, and the locking plate using the same are provided to protect a combined state of a turbine blade and to increase durability and life time of the turbine through a plurality of thermal processing processes and N2 spraying processes. A method of manufacturing a locking plate through thermal processing comprises the steps of: heat-treating a locking plate alloy material and cutting the locking plate alloy material with a larger shape than that of the locking plate(P402); heating the locking plate alloy material at 850°C in vacuum for one hour(P404); maintaining the heating at 1040°C in vacuum for two hours(P406); spraying N2 for 1-2 hours to cool the locking plate alloy material(P408); heating the locking plate alloy material at 732°C for 8 hours(P410); spraying N2 for 1 to 2 hours to cool the locking plate alloy material(P412); maintaining the heating at 621°C for 18 hours(P414); spraying N2 to the locking plate alloy material for 1 to 2 hours(P416); and cutting/grinding an outer pipe of the locking plate alloy material(P418).
