Double-deck baking ovens having a number of baking stoves which are arranged one above the other and are heated by means of hot air which is made to circulate by means of a fan and is generated by a radiator, an insulating layer being arranged between the radiator and the fan and/or the fan being provided at that end region of the baking oven which is opposite the radiator.
