The invention relates to the agricultural microbiology and biotechnology, namely to the microbiological means for increase in productivity of bean cultures and relates to the subculture based on bubbly bacteria of soya for the increasing of its productivity. The proposed subculture as bioagent contains homologous strains69 p or10k., which are kept in depository of the Institute of microbiology and virology of the NAS of Ukraine under registration numbers ІMB В-7167 and ІMB В-7205 correspondingly. The mentioned strains are complementary to wide range of modern soya species, having pectinase and nitrogen-fixing activity, stability to drought of sulphate-chloride soil salination, of increased concentration of salts of heavy metals. The proposed subculture provides the growth of corn harvest of soya to 9-18 % higher, than the subculture based on strain pattern. |
