PURPOSE:To generate an extra bass sound regardless of the amount of the bass component of a source by subtracting two channel signals driving a speaker to be made to pass through low pass, making the frequency small in a musical interval conversion circuit and amplifying it to drive the speaker. CONSTITUTION:A reproducing device 1 outputs two channel signals 1L and 1R, which are separately amplified 2 and 9 to drive the speakers 3 and 8. And the two channel signals 1L and 1R are subtracted in an arithmetic circuit 10 and the output 57 is turned to the signal S3 having only low frequency component through an LPF 4. The signal S3 is converted into the signal S8 whose frequency is half by the musical interval conversion circuit 5 and amplified 6 to drive the speaker 7. Thus the low sound tone of a sound signal can be efficiently generated and sound quality can be improved. |
