A device for preventing backward flowing in infusion solution delivering set is provided, which enables to perform the initial setting work of the infusion solution administrator conveniently. A device for preventing backward flowing in infusion solution delivering set comprises: a backward preventing apparatus for the infusion solution administrator; a fixture in which a plotter receiving space is formed and an infusion solution outflow passage communicating with a plotter receiving space is formed in the lower part; a buoyancy generation part(210) moving up and down by work of the buoyancy in the plotter receiving space; and a plotter(200) including a packing unit(220) blocking the infusion solution outflow passage when the buoyancy generation part is lowered.
