A method for manufacturing a color filter for a display device is provided to obtain high resolution and to implement a flexible display device by high speed printing, heating adherence, or deposition by the ink jet printer and a laser beam. An ink-jet printer head prints the RGB pixel pattern while moving on a transparent insulating substrate according to the RGB pixel pattern print data value set by a computer program. A spray ink pattern sprayed from an ink jet nozzle of the printer head is received on a surface of the insulating substrate and is heated and adhered by a laser beam. An adhered ink pattern comprising the RGB pattern is formed on a transparent insulating substrate according to the pint data value set by the computer program. The ink sprayed on the surface of the transparent insulating substrate includes a resin component.
