PURPOSE:To keep the length of a buttock-winding yarn constant, by braking a main motor to stop the rotation of the main motor after the passage of a prescribed period from the beginning of the buttock winding during the inertia rotation period of a ring spinning frame. CONSTITUTION:In a process of stopping a ring spinning frame when a bobbin is fully wound with a spun yarn, the supply of electric power for the main motor of the spinning frame is first stopped and a ring rail is moved downward with the inertia operation of the spinning frame. When the ring rail reaches a buttock-winding position at the bottom of a spindle and the buttock winding is begun, the operation of a timer is started. When the timer signals the passage of a prescribed period, the braking of the main motor is begun to stop the rotation of the main motor and the other components. |
