PURPOSE:To improve the joining quality and to prevent the product inferiority by measuring a temperature of a part to be machined directly by rays of radiant light to control output of a laser beam so that the temperature of the part is attained to a desired value. CONSTITUTION:In a temperature detection means 2, an optical system 21 condenses infrared rays emitted by a heated pad 6 and a wire rod 7 and an infrared-rays temperature detector 22 measures the temperature by the intensity of the condensed infrared-rays and an amplifier 23 amplifies the output of the detector 22 and gives it to an output control means 3. As to the output control means 3, a setting part 31 sets a desired value and a processing part 32 produces a control signal in accordance with a difference between the temperature read from the setting part 31 and the temperature of parts to be joined obtained by the amplifier 23 and a control part 33 controls on and off of a laser oscillator 1 based on the control signal. The on and off of the laser oscillator 1 are driven by the feedback control and it is controlled so that the temperature of the parts to be joined is changed along a temperature variation curve set with the set part 31. |
