<p>1. A heat exchanger of the kind comprising a bundle of parallel tubes (1) and, at one or both ends of the latter, a fluid manifold (2-1, 2-2), of plastics material, with the ends of the tubes (1) penetrating into the fluid manifold in a fluid-tight manner through holes formed in a wall of the fluid manifold which constitutes a collector (27), and further comprising at least one mounting beam (3) extending parallel to the tubes and fixed at one end of the fluid manifold, in a region which is offset with respect to the collector in the longitudinal direction of the tubes and towards the median transverse plane (M) of the latter, the connection between the mounting beam (3) and the fluid manifold being reinforced with ribs (24) having the shape of a right-angled triangle, characterised in that the mounting beam (3) is assembled on a base (23) moulded integrally with the fluid manifold, in that the base (23) extends parallel to the tubes (1), and in that the said base is connected to the fluid manifold by means of the ribs (24), which are themselves also formed by moulding integrally with the fluid manifold.</p> |
