PURPOSE:To make the structure of a microwave heating centrifugal evaporator simple and to improve its efficiency by heating an evaporating surface directly by supplying incident microwave to a rotary body. CONSTITUTION:The liquid to be treated is fed to a funnellike evaporating surface 6 from a feeding pipe 9 of the liquid to be treated. A hollow rotary shaft 13 is driven by a motor 15 to form the film of the liquid on the evaporating surface 6. Microwave is fed from a microwave generator 17 to the inside of a hollow rotary body 7 and the evaporating surface 6 is heated from the rear side. The residual liquid is discharged from an outlet 11 of the residual liquid; the vapor is exhausted from an exhaust port and evaporated fraction is withdrawn from an outlet 10 of the fraction. |
