PURPOSE:To fix surely a cylindrical supporter and a magnet for stator of motor by a method wherein after the ring-type magnet is arranged on the circumferential wall face of the cylindrical supporter interposing a sheet between them, the sheet is heated to foam. CONSTITUTION:The thin sheet 15 formed by adding a foaming agent to resin of polyethylene or exposy, etc., having adhesion is inserted on the outside circumference of the cylindrical supporter 4, and after the ring-type magnet 5 is inserted on the outside circumference thereof, alignment of the cylindrical supporter 4 and the magnet 5 is performed, and they are heated in an oven in condition thereof. The sheet 15 is foamed by heating thereof to fill up a gap between the magnet 5 and the cylindrical supporter 4, and moreover they are adhered to be fixed by resin. |
