PURPOSE:To realize a reasonable and perfect automation by performing a circuit forming, cut piercing and the joining of a coil after its lamination by using a laser. CONSTITUTION:An insulating material 1 is delivered by being pinched between a deriving roller 3 and pressing roller 4 and transferred via guide rollers 5-8. The material 1 is subjected to a high speed plating on a thin metal layer 14 in a plating tank 12 and the plating pattern of a conductive circuit is formed on the metal layer 14 with the laser projection on the cathode face of the metal layer 14 by a laser device 15 simultaneously. A laser beam 21 is projected on the material 1 in a laser cutting stage and the cut print coil 32 is combined in the prescribed number of sheets by a combination device 33. A solder 39 is inserted into the print coil plate 32 which is moved to the place of a soldering device 38 by a belt 37, the melting o the solder is performed by emitting a laser light and the conductive treatment of a through hole is performed. |
