<p>PURPOSE:To improve the responsiveness of an actuator by connecting multiple flow valves having different flows in parallel and regulating the fluid quantity discharged from the cylinder of a clutch actuator when a clutch is engaged to a desired quantity. CONSTITUTION:An actuator 1 is provided with a solenoid valve V1 controlling the clutch engagement/disengagement, large-flow valves V4, V5 and small-flow valves V2, V3; a stroke sensor 18 detects the clutch shift quantity and sends its signal to a clutch control device. At the clutch engagement, four valves V2-V5 are opened until the clutch shift quantity becomes the first preset value or less for the highest-speed engagement control. Next, the valve V5 is closed until the shift quantity becomes the second preset value or less, with other valves left open, for the medium-speed engagement control. Finally, four valves V2-V5 are closed until the shift quantity becomes the third preset value or less for the crawling-speed engagement control, and the actuator 1 is stopped when the third preset value is attained.</p> |
