A semiconductor memory device is provided to remove a local address latch part by maintaining a logic state of a word line in a word line driver. A word line driver(640A) receives a local address, enables a word line, disables a word line by a word line off signal having pre-charge information, latches an enable and disable state of a word line, and includes a first transistor, a second transistor, and a latch part. The first transistor(701) enables a word line in response to the local address. The second transistor(702) disables a word line in response to a word line off signal. The latch part(703) latches an enable and disable state of a word line. |
