A line for production of granules from biomass contains a feed bin with a feed system of raw material; a mixer; a device for granulation, which consists of a housing with installed in it flat matrix with die openings, which rotates on a vertical shaft, and, at least, two press rollers, each of which has the capability of rotation on an axle being fixed relative to the housing, and a cutter connected to the housing for cutting granules; to the housing a cooler-separator is also connected, which is a closed duct heat-insulated with an air-conditioning system, in which at the angle of α=3-5° to the horizontal a cylindrical sieve is installed, which rotates with the frequency of 6-9 revolutions per minute, the closed duct of cooler-separator can have a feed system of the dust separated of granules to the feed bin. The line for production of granules of the biomass provides for reduction of power consumption for 10 % at least. |
