FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes hardware surface defatting by solution of technical cleaning agent "-æÿ£" of concentration 1.5-4.0 wt %, containing soda ash and nonionic surface-active substance at temperature 45-55C during 5-10 minutes, the first air blow-off drying during 3-5 minutes, subsequent phosphatising of hardware surface during 30-60 minutes by inhibitory composition, containing orthophosphoric acid, sodium nitrate, zinc powder, inhibitor NDH (nitrite dicyclohexylamine), lake helio-gene green L8730, ethyl alcohol and water, the second drying, packaging arrangement and packing of hardware for transportation and/or keeping. Inhibitory composition contains components, wt %: orthophosphoric acid 15.0-30.0, sodium nitrate 0.2-0.3, zinc powder 10.0-12.0, inhibitor NDH (nitrite dicyclohexylamine) 0.5-1.0, lake helio-gene green L8730 0.15-0.17, ethyl alcohol 0.5-1.0, water - the rest. ^ EFFECT: method provides interim anticorrosive protection of high-strength hardwares at the manufacturing stage, for the period of its transportation and keeping during one year, excluding additional preparation while implementation of installation work. ^ 4 cl, 1 tbl, 4 ex |
