<p>PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous reset caused at the time of rising a main power source (+5V) by applying the voltage of the main power source to the common connection point between the resistance and the capacitor of an RC time constant circuit through a forward diode. CONSTITUTION:A forward diode D2 is provided between a common connection point B of an inductance L and a forward diode D and a common connection point A of a resistance R and a capacitor C of the CR time constant circuit. When a backup supply voltage VBA is switched from 3V to 5V, the voltage +5v of the main power source is directly applied to an inverter INV since the diode is connected between connection points A and B, and a current (i) does not flow because the diode D2 is in the reverse direction.</p> |
