A water-permeable bicycle road-cum-road is provided to prevent inconvenience of waking or traveling on the road after rain by causing the rainwater to infiltrate in a short time. A water-permeable bicycle road-cum-road is constructed as follows. Boundary blocks(20) are set up on the flattened ground surface. A rubble layer(30) is formed by placing rubble on base soil between the boundary blocks and flattening. Concrete mortar(41) is applied on the rubble layer and dried for a certain time. A perforated plate(50) in which a plurality of through holes(51) are arranged at regular intervals is laid on the concrete mortar. A punch(60) in which a perforating pins(61) are formed at the same location as the through holes of the perforated plate is placed on the perforated plate. The punch is pressed on the perforated plate so that the perforating pins penetrate the through holes and water permeating holes(42) connected to the rubble layer are formed on the concrete mortar. The punch and the perforated plate are removed and the concrete mortar is dried to form a concrete layer(40). Sand(70) is filled in the water permeating holes of the concrete layer. |
