PURPOSE:To enhance the precision of various treatments and the control of raw material by receiving a load signal fed from a load cell according to the weight of the raw material and calculating the load deviation per unit time and performing the treatment and control for the raw material based thereon. CONSTITUTION:Both the indication of the amount of a raw material to be instantaneously disbursed and the indication of the amount to be grabbed by a bucket are enabled based on Q1 obtained in a step 110 and Q4 obtained in a step 117. The integrating amount of the raw material to be disbursed can be calculated based on Q5 obtained in a step 118 and alarm can be given based on these various data. Furthermore in case the amount Q1 of the raw material to be instantaneously disbursed, the amount Q4 to be grabbed by the bucket and the integrating amount Q5 of the raw material to be disbursed are calculated, feedback can be applied to a feed side and a disbursement side of the raw material by using the detection signals and the control or the like of the amount to be grabbed by the bucket is enabled by means of the command sent from the ground. |
