Studs are erected with the bracing of lateral likn bars (2a), (2b) and (2c) to put up the retaining side walls with panels (3a), (3b), (3c) and (3e) in various sizes having grooves (19) and projections (20) in symmetry on sides. The sectional end sides are closed by end panels (6), and the retaining panels are fit in on rungs (8) in the top-securing and the bottom-securing members (15) to form retaining walls. The "L" shaped prop bars (23) inserted in holes (17) of the upper and the lower braces (18) clamp an insulator panel in the center of the form for the gaps between the panel and the retaining walls to be filled with concrete.
