PURPOSE:To impart the sufficient degree of orientation by a low orientational magnetic field by forming the coarse grain side to a shape having roundness of sphericalness of 0.9 or more. CONSTITUTION:An anisotropic bonded magnet is manufactured by using magnet powdered bodies, the shape of coarse grains of which distributed up to at least 70 wt. % toward small grain size from large grain size extends over sphericalness of 0.9 or more, and a binder. When the packing of magnet powdered bodies is increased, magnet powdered bodies have no effect on others when an orientational magnetic field is applied even when these powdered bodies densely aggregate because coarse grains take a shape having roundness, and orientation is conducted only by the revolution of magnet powdered body themselves. Accordingly, magnetic characteristics are improved in response to the enhancement of packing, thus realizing the high degree of orientation by a small orientational magnetic field. |
