At the root end of the transport boom (2) is a rotating cylinder (3) which pivots the boom (2) in relation to that for lifting (1). Connected to the transport boom is a telescopic extension boom (4), the reach of which is varied mechanically when the angle between the lifting and transport booms is altered. - On the articulation axis (C) of the lifting and transport booms is at least one toothed crown (5b) stationary in relation to the lifting boom. In the transport boom (2) is fitted a gearwheel combination (6b, 7), of which one part (6b) runs along the toothed crown when the transport boom pivots relatively to that for lifting. The other part (7) of the gearwheel combination is coupled to the extension boom to adjust its reach. |
