<p>PURPOSE:To improve the using performance by automatically switching the operation mode of a sorter part to the sort mode when the finish mode for carrying out the staple processing is selected. CONSTITUTION:When the finish mode for carrying out the staple processing in a staple part 90 is selected, the operation mode in a sorter part 41 is automatically switched to the sort mode, and the lowermost bin 60 is transferred to the bottom bin position X1 by a floating cam 50, and when the sheet discharged from a copying machine is received, the bin 60 in the next stage is moved downward in succession by the revolution of the cam 50, and then a sheet transport part 42 is turned upwardly by the bin pitch portion in succession, and the sheets can be distributed into each bin 60. Therefore, the sheets are prevented from being accommodated into each bin in the grouping mode in which staple processing is unnecessary or in the nonsort mode, and the trouble that the sheet distribution-accommodated is bound in the mode in which staple processing is unnecessary can be prevented beforehand. Thus, using performance can be improved.</p> |
