The invention introduces a device for combining cascading drops into larger drops before the reach the next perforated plate in a pulse column to enhance the efficiency of processing. The device is 0.5- 5cm thick with the open area rate of 70-95% and is provided one each for the perforated plates in the column with a spacing of 0.1-5mm to a plate on the top or bottom of the plate to be fixed on the central support bar.
