PURPOSE:To enable the title method to manufacture the title structure by a constant process always whatever form solid structure it may be, by a method wherein a sensitive plate is photopolymerized every form obtained by cutting the solid structure into round slices and an unnecessary part of an exposed sensitive plate is removed by acting a solvent upon the exposed sensitive plates after they have been stuck to each other. CONSTITUTION:When, for example, data of a manufacturing drawing of a motor boat is applied to a computer 1, respective cross-sectional figures 6 appear on a display picture 7 every predetermined thickness of a hull. Then a negative film 9 is manufactured by film manufacturing equipment 8 based on the above matter. A light transmitted through a transparent part of a negative film shines on a sensitive plate 15 and this exposed part is photopolymerized. The photopolymerized part turns insoluble to a solvent. The exposed sensitive plate 15 is sent to a sticking station 18 for adhesion. An adhesive block 19 taken out is put into a solvent tank 20 and a nonexposed part of the sensitive plate 15 of the adhesive block 19 is removed by dissolving the same in the solvent 21. |
