PURPOSE:To decrease the quantity of data contained in a file by putting a reference attribute into an explaining sentence for reference of other explaining sentences and therefore omitting the need to produce double the common explaining sentences included in plural command explaining sentences. CONSTITUTION:When the help data on a help subsystem are produced and stored in a help data storing file 6, an explaining sentence X, for example, which is common with two commands A and B is available. In such a case, the help data 61 and 62 on the reference attribute commands A and B into which an identification name X is written for reference of the help data X(600) containing the common explaining sentence are produced by a reference attribute producing means 1. The data X(600) is read out based on the reference attribute when the data 61 on the command A is read out. Then the data X(600) is synthesized with the data 61 and displayed. |
