<p>PURPOSE:To surely cope with revision of laws by selecting files in response to a system month and law revision status and at the same time shifting the contents of the file in response to the law status when the system month is updated. CONSTITUTION:At an input correction time of patient data, the patient data files 8a-8d are selected in response to the difference S between a processing object month PM and a processable latest month (system month) SM. Then the contents of the law revision status RS are decided and a consultation code file 9b is selected only when RS=1 (preparatory month for law revision) and RS=3 (months having no relation with law revision) are satisfied with S=0. Then the contents of files 9a-9c are shifted to files 9b-9d with RS=2 in case the system month is updated. Otherwise, the contents of files 9b and 9c are shifted to files 9c and 9d and at the same time the RS is changed.</p> |
