PURPOSE:To allow a master equipment side to securely receive data from a slave equipment by allowing only a slave equipment which meets address information sent out of the master equipment to respond, and powering on a transmission system circuit and sending prescribed data to the master equipment. CONSTITUTION:Light with wavelength in the near infrared range is used as a main carrier wave for communication and address information transmitted by said master equipment 41 is received by slave equipments 43a-43c; and only the slave equipment which meets the address information answers and the transmission circuit is powered on to send the specific data to the master equipment. The transmission system consists of a light emitting device 8, a modulating circuit 9, an encoder circuit 10, an A/D converting circuit 11, a conditioner 12, a scanner, and converters 14-17. Consequently, secure calling and response operation between the master equipment and respective slave equipment is enabled. |
